Oxford based caterer, OLIVES & CANAPÉS, was established as a catering business by Annabel Wade, a Leith’s trained professional chef. She was inspired by the lifestyle trend towards more informal gatherings and the globalisation of different cultures and cuisines.
With a passion for bold flavours and colourful presentation, we create uncomplicated and delicious food for a wide range of catered events that usually incorporate canapés, finger food or buffets. Our clients are within an hour of Oxford and we have a small but significant client base in London.
With a focus on Mediterranean cuisine and based on sound culinary traditions, we aim to give clients a good food experience.
